More than 1.2 million tires were recycled in Ecuador in 2023, to contribute to waste reduction and environmental conservation in the Andean country.

The non-profit corporation Seginus has increased its capacity to manage end-of-life tires (ELTs) in Ecuador, totaling the management of 1,278,845 tires in 2023, which represents a 20% increase compared to 2022.
